Day 8

This morning I woke up thinking I had something important to do… Measures!

I was surprised to see on my scale 82.9Kg and 24% BF. That’s an improvement not too difficult to achieve. The difficulty starts now, as I will start the 2nd week. I feel tempted already by the odor of coffee, the sugary treats and the good, warm french bread… But I am STRONG, and I resist, where is my celery stick?

Day 4

I feel very good, Dax promised it. No Headache, but still a bit stiff on my lower back. I did my Grocery today, mainly Fruits and veggies. WOW. I prepared myself an Omelette with green peppers and Green beans. I drank plenty of water.

I gained a few onces, but it seems it’s normal.

Pursuing the journey. Pierre

Day 1

I decided to start at the same time as the Meltdown program, the Elimination Diet.

7AM, I wake up and before anything else, I go on my Wii Board and I exercise for about 15 minutes. It seemed a bit long, but I guess I will get use to it. Then I did Workout 1.

I ate a piece of cheese (all natural) and also Oatmeal (without anything else in it (I did not have the time to go the market and today everything is closed.) I Drink a lot of water since I have already this headache.

2PM, I did workout 2, and I prepared myself lentils.

T-1, getting ready for D-day

Step 1: get measures

I have a couple of gadgets to help me out measuring my progress. Of course I have a Scale, but I have one that calculates my fat level as well, it’s very useful: Terraillon. Also I use a caliper to measure my up, mid and low sections: FatTrack II.

I also took a picture of my belly, just to compare with it after the 30 days!

Is it melting yet?

Hello Guys and Gals, I’m getting ready for the big Meltdown of the year (2010). I am prepared mentally, and my body is supplicating me to do something. Thanks to Dax Moy who did put up this ‘Meltdown 2010 Program’ for 30 days. I aim to loose about 11 pounds and get back in shape in the same time. Then I intend to maintain a fit body, during the rest of the decade at least.
