Squats, Pushups, Crunchs
Day 5
This is incredible, I don’t feel eating, I am not hungry. So when I eat my salad, I am satisfied. Wow! what a revelation!

Is it melting yet?
Hello Guys and Gals, I’m getting ready for the big Meltdown of the year (2010). I am prepared mentally, and my body is supplicating me to do something. Thanks to Dax Moy who did put up this ‘Meltdown 2010 Program’ for 30 days. I aim to loose about 11 pounds and get back in shape in the same time. Then I intend to maintain a fit body, during the rest of the decade at least.
